- First, you select a date for our joint evaluation session. Please note that you should complete the questions for your personal Reiss Motivation Profile at least 3 days before your chosen appointment so that I have enough time to prepare. - After completing your booking, you will receive a link to your personal online access to the Reiss Motivation Profile questionnaire. When and where you answer these questions is entirely up to you. It is important that you are undisturbed while answering and that you answer the questions honestly. - In a comprehensive personal evaluation session on your chosen date, I will explain the individual motives, their manifestations in your profile, and show you ways to align your life with them. We will also discuss potential motivational conflicts and how you can resolve them. - In addition, you will receive a detailed, 51-page (!) written analysis of your profile, including descriptions of the motives. This way you have the opportunity to look up your motivational characteristics at any time and thus gain a deeper understanding of them in everyday life.
